We’re happy to announce that Carstens Brasserie has reopened her doors again! With a super successful opening night on Thursday 9 September, we couldn’t wish for a better start. A cosy, crowded restaurant consisting of great guests, great food, and a hell of a team!
After being closed for external guests for over two years, a new Head Chef, a brand-new team, a new menu, and a slightly different vision, press was amazed and pleasantly surprised with the new style of dishes and service. The first reviews have been shared already – and did not disappoint – as all nothing but positive. Jeroen Bruinsma and his team are very keen to continue this way and keep growing.
Just a little reminder for those not so familiar with the renewed Carstens Brasserie:
“Carstens celebrates the most sustainable and seasonal Dutch ingredients from our own soils, waters & meadows…and even better those sourced from the most local suppliers, closer to Carstens than ever before. Expect humble Dutch ingredients brought to life on the plate, with surprising inspirations and modern twists on flavours, occasionally inspired also by Jeroen’s travels around the world. Each dish brings a story to tell, a local supplier to reveal and an interactive tableside moment to be shared.”
What’s on the menu, you said? Go have a look here and book your table!
Thanks and see you soon.
