Seasonality changes all the time. At Carstens you can expect weekly menu changes, as well as monthly and quarterly. Our menus should be a true reflection of the time and place so there is always a reason to come back. Expect modern & humble Dutch ingredients to life on the plate, with often surprising twists on flavours. Some products have also come across the border, for example many of our wines, yet each one has a connection with the Netherlands.
